Mixes vegetables
ingredients
- 100 gms potatoes
- 100 gms carrots
- 100 gms brinjal
- 100 gms green peas
- 100 gms cauliflower
- 50 gms cluster beans
- 50 gms French beans
- 100 gms onions (ground to a paste)
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp heaped barbat masala paste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil
instructions
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Add jeera and asafoetida.
- Add onions and ginger garlic paste, cook till golden brown.
- Add dry coriander powder, haldi and ground barbat masala, fry well.
- Add all diced and cut vegetables and sauté well.
- Add 1 katorie water and cook till vegetables are done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
