  • 100 gms Potatoes.
  • 100gms carrots.
  • 100gms brinjal.
  • 100gms green peas.
  • 100gms cauliflower.
  • 50gms cluster beans.
  • 50gms. French beans.
  • 100gms onions ground to a paste.
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  • 1 tbsp heaped barbat masala paste.
  • I tsp corriander powder.1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oil
instructions
  • Heat oil in a kadhai. Add jeera & asafoetida.
  • Add onions and ginger garlic paste, cook till golden brown.
  • Add the dry corriander powder, haldi & the ground barbat masala & fry well.
  • Add all the diced & cut vegetables and saute well.
  • Add 1 katorie water & cook till vegetables are done.
  • Garnish with corriander leaves.
