Mixes vegetables

  • 100 gms potatoes
  • 100 gms carrots
  • 100 gms brinjal
  • 100 gms green peas
  • 100 gms cauliflower
  • 50 gms cluster beans
  • 50 gms French beans
  • 100 gms onions (ground to a paste)
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp heaped barbat masala paste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
instructions
  • Heat oil in a kadhai. Add jeera and asafoetida.
  • Add onions and ginger garlic paste, cook till golden brown.
  • Add dry coriander powder, haldi and ground barbat masala, fry well.
  • Add all diced and cut vegetables and sauté well.
  • Add 1 katorie water and cook till vegetables are done.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
