kaleji Masala fry

  • 500 gms Liver / Kaleji
  • 40 gms Barbat masala ground to a paste
  • 200 gms Onion paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
instructions
  • Wash the liver and apply 1 tbsp vinegar, haldi and salt. Let it rest for half an hour, then wash well.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add 1 bay leaf & onion paste. Fry till pink.
  • Add ginger garlic paste followed by barbat masala fry well then add the kaleji & fry well till oil separates.
  • Add 1 cup water & cook till Liver is cooked well & soft.
  • Garnish with fresh corriander leaves & serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
