kaleji Masala fry
ingredients
- 500gms Liver / kaleji.
- 40gms / 4 tbspoon barbat masala ground to a paste.
- 200gms onion paste.
- 1 tbs ginger garlic paste.
- Corriander leaves to garnish.
instructions
- Wash the Liver. & then apply 1 tbsp of vinegar, hadi& Salt. Rest for half an hour & then wash well.
- Heat oil.
- Add 1 bay leaf & onion paste. Fry till pink.
- Add ginger garlic paste followed by barbat masala fry well then add the kaleji & fry well till oil separates .
- Add 1 cup water & cook till Liver is cooked well & soft.
- Garnish with fresh corriander leaves & serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
