kaleji Masala fry
ingredients
- 500 gms Liver / Kaleji
- 40 gms Barbat masala ground to a paste
- 200 gms Onion paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
instructions
- Wash the liver and apply 1 tbsp vinegar, haldi and salt. Let it rest for half an hour, then wash well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add 1 bay leaf & onion paste. Fry till pink.
- Add ginger garlic paste followed by barbat masala fry well then add the kaleji & fry well till oil separates.
- Add 1 cup water & cook till Liver is cooked well & soft.
- Garnish with fresh corriander leaves & serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
