ingredients
  • 500gms Liver / kaleji.
  • 40gms / 4 tbspoon barbat masala ground to a paste.
  • 200gms onion paste.
  • 1 tbs ginger garlic paste.
  • Corriander leaves to garnish.
instructions
  • Wash the Liver. & then apply 1 tbsp of vinegar, hadi& Salt. Rest for half an hour & then wash well.
  • Heat oil.
  • Add 1 bay leaf & onion paste. Fry till pink.
  • Add ginger garlic paste followed by barbat masala fry well then add the kaleji & fry well till oil separates .
  • Add 1 cup water & cook till Liver is cooked well & soft.
  • Garnish with fresh corriander leaves & serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
