Egg curry
ingredients
- 6 boiled eggs.
- 2 medium-sized onions ground to a fine paste.
- 40gms / 3 table spoon barbat masala.
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil.
- Fresh corriander leaves.
instructions
- Heat oil.
- Fry the boiled eggs lightly & keep aside.
- Fry the ground onions to a light pink.
- Add ginger garlic paste & the ground barbat masala. Fry till it oil separates. Add 1/2 a glass off water & and salt to taste bring to a boil and add the eggs.
- Garnish with fresh corriander leaves..
