Egg curry

  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 2 medium-sized onions, ground to a fine paste
  • 40 gms Barbat masala
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil (as required)
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
instructions
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Lightly fry the boiled eggs and keep aside.
  • Fry the ground onion paste until light pink.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and ground Barbat masala, fry until oil separates.
  • Add 1/2 glass of water and salt to taste, bring to a boil.
  • Add the fried eggs and cook for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
