Egg curry
ingredients
- 6 boiled eggs
- 2 medium-sized onions, ground to a fine paste
- 40 gms Barbat masala
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Oil (as required)
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Lightly fry the boiled eggs and keep aside.
- Fry the ground onion paste until light pink.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and ground Barbat masala, fry until oil separates.
- Add 1/2 glass of water and salt to taste, bring to a boil.
- Add the fried eggs and cook for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
